摘 要:河南是一个农业大省,猪肉在河南区域经济的发展中发挥着巨大作用。目前,河南的猪肉供应链管理各个环节之间是动态的、松散的,上中下游企业之间的物流、资金流、商流和信息流存在的不畅通现象,阻碍着河南猪肉行业的快速发展。借鉴国内外相关文献,分析出河南猪肉市场存在"生猪养殖方式落后、猪肉质量安全存在隐患、猪肉价格剧烈波动、饲料质量安全存在问题、环境污染日益严重"等诸多问题,并有针对性地剖析其产生的原因,提出利用物联网和物联网技术改善和构建新型的猪肉供应链管理模式,最后分析该模式在河南省猪肉供应链管理中的效用,以提升河南省猪肉在市场中的竞争力,促进河南省畜牧产业和区域经济的良好发展。Henan is a major agricultural province, and pork plays a great role in the development of regional economy in Henan. At present, there are some problems existing in Henan, including instable and loose links among pork supply chain management, insufficient interaction among material flow, different levels of information flow and cash flow in company and so on, which hinder the development of pork industry. Based on related literature review, we analyzed the problems existing in Henan pork market, including outdated pork aquaculture, hidden troubles in pork quality, frequent pork price changes, defaults in feed safety and increasingly polluted environment. And then we explored possible causes,aiming at improving and building a new pork supply chain management mode with the help of the internet of things and its technology. By this way, we focused on the application of this new management mode in pork supply chain, expecting to upgrade the competitiveness of Henan pork market and finally to promote good development of animal husbandry industry and regional economy in Henan.
