多房囊性肾癌CT诊断分析

摘　　要：目的探讨多房囊性肾癌(multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma,MCRCC)的CT表现及诊断价值。方法回顾性分析18例经手术病理证实的多房囊性肾癌患者的CT表现。结果肿瘤位于左肾11例,右肾7例,均表现为肾实质内的囊性肿块,向肾轮廓外突出,其内可见不规则线状分隔。15例囊壁厚薄不一,10例有壁结节,3例囊壁较薄;2例可见囊壁及分隔钙化。CT增强扫描,囊壁、分隔及壁结节均可见不同程度强化。结论多房囊性肾癌CT表现有一定特征性,CT平扫加增强扫描对其有较高的诊断价值。Objective To explore the CT features of multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma （MCRCC） and evaluate its clinical value. Methods The CT findings of MCRCC in 18 patient proved by operation and pathology were retrospectively reviewed. Results 11 lesions were located in the left kidney and 7 lesions in right kidney. In all cases, the cystic masses were within the renal parenchyma, prominented renal contour, and irregular linear septum could be seen. the cystic wall presented with irregular thickening in 15 cases, and mural nodules were found in 10 cases. the cystic wall was thin in 3 cases. Calcification of cystle wall and septum were found in 2 case.Various degrees of cystic wall and septum enhancement were detected after intravenous administration of contrast material. Conclusion MCRCC had some CT features, CT has high diagnostic value in MCRCC.
