摘　　要：EORTC QLQ-OG 25(The Europe Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer,Quality of Life Questionnaire-OG 25)结合了评估食道癌(QLQ-OG 18)和胃癌(QLQ-STO 22)患者的与健康相关的生活质量(health-related quality of life,HRQL)量表,成为欧洲癌症治疗研究组织(EORTC)生活质量研究小组用于评估食道癌(EC)、食管胃交界癌(EGJC)和胃癌(GC)患者HRQL的有效工具。该量表已在欧美部分国家使用,被验证是可靠的、有效的、敏感的,而一部分非欧美国家和地区的医疗机构已经对其进行了本土化验证与运用,中国对于该量表的研究仍处于起步阶段,本文将对EORTC QLQ-OG 25的发展进行一个详细的阐述。EORTC QLQ-OG 25 （The Europe Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer,Quality of Life Questionnaire-OG 25）, combining with the Health-related quality of life （HRQL） scales of QLQ-OG 18 for patients with Esophageal cancer （EC） and QLQ-STO 22 for those with Gastric cancer （GC）, is available in the measurement of HRQL for patients suffering from EC, Esophagogastric junction carcinoma （EGJC）, and GC. The scale has been used in some western countries and been verified to be reliable, valid and sensitive. Some medical institutions of non-western countries and regions have performed localization verification and regional application of the questionnaire. But currently the researches for QLQ-OG 25 in China are still in their infancy. This paper will substantially illustrate the development of EORTC QLQ-OG 25.
