奥氮平与奋乃静治疗脑外伤所致精神障碍的对照分析

摘　　要：目的：观察奥氮平与奋乃静在脑外伤所致精神障碍治疗过程中的情况,了解两者治疗脑外伤所致精神障碍的优缺点。方法：对照分析105例脑外伤所致精神障碍患者随机采用这两种药物的疗效和不良反应。结果两种药物对治疗脑外伤所致精神障碍效果相近,奥氮平的起效快,镇静作用强,无锥体外系反应。结论：奥氮平更适合脑外伤所致精神障碍的治疗,不过用药应从小剂量开始,并注意血糖的变化。Objective：Observe olanzapine and perphenazine in the course of treatment in the mental disorderscaused by brain injury,In order to realize of both the two drugs′advantages and disadvantages in treat the mental disorders caused by brain injury.Method Contrast analysis of the 105 cases of brain injury patients with mental disorders caused by random adopting the two drug efficacy and adverse reaction.Result Two drugs have the similar effect in treatment for mental disorders caused by brain injury,Olanzapine’s work fast,and have stronger Sedative function,But no extrapyramidal reactions.Conclusion Olanzapine is more suitable for the treatment of mental disorders caused by brain injury,But it should start from small doses,And pay attention to the change of blood sugar.
