摘 要:目的概括美国公共卫生教育认证制度的理念、组成、做法和经验,为构建适应我国国情的公共卫生专业认证制度提供借鉴。方法在文献研究的基础上整理、归纳、分析美国公共卫生教育认证实施的背景、标准、程序。结果美国公共卫生教育认证起始于20世纪70年代中期,是在保证和提高美国公共卫生教育质量、发展公共卫生教育背景下产生和发展的,其认证制度包括了独立的专业认证机构、科学的认证标准、统一的认证程序等,保证了美国公共卫生教育的质量,促进了公共卫生教育的发展。结论美国公共卫生教育认证制度体现了高等教育质量保证的理念和做法,值得我国在尽快建立适合国情的公共卫生专业证制度过程中借鉴。Objective Summarized the concept, composition, practice and experience of public health education accreditation system in United States, to adapt to the situation of our country public health programmatic accreditation system for reference. Methods On the basis of literature research, introduction, collation summarized, analyzed the implementation of American public health education accreditation background, standards and procedures. Results American public health education accreditation began in the mid-1970s, the emergence and development was to guarantee and improve American public health education quality, the development of public health education background, which included the independence of the institutions, the scientific certification standards and unified certification procedures, to ensure the quality of American public health education, to promote the development of public health education. Conclusion Accreditation of public health education in the United States reflects the idea and practice of higher education quality assurance, it is worth our reference in establishing the condition for our country public health programmatic accreditation system as soon as possible during the process of accreditation system.
