摘　　要：医药代表对医药企业的发展具有重要意义。由于体制僵化、国家财政投入不足、市场竞争无序、相关法律法规不健全等原因,我国医药代表职业仍存在着市场准入门槛偏低、从业人员专业素质不高、工作导向有偏差、激励机制不健全、不正当手段介入损害多方利益等问题。我国应加快出台医药代表认证制度,完善法律法规,深入落实国家医药卫生体制改革,建立人才专业化培养机制,以增强监管力度,提升医药代表素质,促进医药代表职业的健康发展。Medicine salesmen are important to pharmaceutical businesses. Owing to rigid system, insufficient investment, confused market competition and flawed laws and regulations, vocation of medicine salesman faces challenges like low qualifications and skills of people engaged, poor professional ethics, insufficient incentives and manipulation by improper means. Our government should put in place certification system of medicine salesman, improve relevant laws and regulations, and carry out reforming medical system. Meanwhile, governments should create a mechanism of building a pipeline of talents, intensify regulation, and improve the qualities of the engaged to promote the vocation of medicine salesman a healthy growth.
