儒家义利观及其对煤矿安全生产理念培育的启示

摘　　要：儒家传统文化中的义利观包括义利合一、以义制利、重义轻利等基本思想,社会主义市场经济条件下,我们应汲取儒家传统文化的精华,用正确的义利观引导煤矿企业处理好生产与安全之间的关系,处理好企业经济效益与国家长远利益的关系,培育义利合一的煤矿安全生产理念,保障安全生产工作的顺利进行。Confucian views on righteousness and benefit includes combination of righteousness and benefit , righteousness controlling benefit , righteousness outweighing benefit.Nowadays , it is of vital importance for coal mines to draw the essence of Confucianism to deal with the relationship between production and safety and the relationship between the economic efficiency of enterprises and the country′s long-term interests with the correct view of righteousness and benefit.Finally cultivate the safety awareness combining benefit with right-eousness to ensure coal mine safety.
