高校排球教学存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：排球运动作为一个国际性的比赛项目在国内受到越来越多的关注,然而高校排球课程却得不到大学生应有的重视。以南京地区三所不同层次高校大二学生为对象,调查并横向对比影响选修排球课程的主要因素。调查显示,影响的共性因素主要有:排球普及度低、学生排球意识欠缺、第二课堂普及不足等。调查新发现,在排球场馆建设落后情况下,通过改善教学方式可使教学氛围更为宽松、活跃。针对制约高校排球课程发展的因素提出了相应的改进措施:加强场地建设、排球兴趣培养及"第二课堂"拓展、创新教学方式、改革评价机制,希望能为高校教育工作者有效地开展工作提供指导。Volleyball, as an international sports game, is attracting growing interest in China. However, college students at- tach less importance to volleyball course, and the previous research in this area is based on the same college. This paper hori- zontally compares the major factors affecting students＇ option of this course, based on questionnaires carried out on sopho- mores from colleges and universities of three different levels in Nanjing. The survey shows that the common factors are the un- popularity of volleyball, students＇ lack of volleyball awareness and low popularity of the second class. It is also found that compared with volleyball facilities at key colleges and universities, those of ordinary colleges and universities are poorer, though the teaching environment of the latter is more relaxed and active because of less rigid constraints. This paper discusses those factors and proposes some suggestion, aimed to provide guidelines for educators at colleges and universities.
