中药导入对骨骼肌影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :通过对中药电导入与电刺激的对比研究 ,探讨中药电导入的作用原理。方法 :利用消炎止痛中药水煎剂进行脉冲直流电离子导入处理家兔躯干肌 ,以同频率、同强度的脉冲直流电组、空白组为对照。通过组织学观察、生化测定、组化分析了解肌组织适应性改变。结果 :中药制剂电导入后肌组织代谢增强 ,血供增加 ,自由基清除能力增强。结论 :中药电导入具有电刺激与中药的双重作用 ,有利于肌肉组织功能恢复 ,有增强抗疲劳的良好作用 。Objective: To explore the principle of iontophoresis of Chinese medicine to treat orthopedic disease by comparing iontophoresis medicine and electrical stimulation.Method:18 healthy rabbits were divided randomly into 3 groups:A,B and c.The muscle of group A were received the iontophoresis of Chinese medicine,Group B received electrical stimulation with the same frequency and in tenstity as group A,Group C were controlled group without any treatment.The means of historic morphology observing and biochemical determination and histochemical analysis were used to investigate the adaptable changing of skeletal muscle.Result:Iontophoresis of Chinese medicine improved the metabolism and the capacity of blood and the clearing ability of free radical of muscle tissue significantly in comparison with controlled group.Conclusion:Iontophoresis of Chinese medicine was benefit for function recovering of muscle tissue and enhancing the function of anti fatque and had no ill effect to skeletal muscle tissue.
