摘  要:通过室内对水泥—粉煤灰浆液的各项物理力学及化学性质进行测试,获取了不同材料配比及不同龄期条件下浆液的结石体抗压及抗剪强度、流动度(扩散半径)、黏度、结实率、凝结时间等工程参数,探究了各工程参数间的相互作用关系。结果表明:不同龄期条件下的浆液硬化体抗压及抗剪强度随水灰比的增大而降低,对于注浆工程本身来说,选取7 d龄期条件下的浆液硬化体强度最为适宜;水灰比为1:0.5~1:0.8时,浆液流动性比较好,但硬化体强度较低,加固效果较差;而水灰质量比为1:1时,硬化体强度及结实率较高,充填加固效果较好;水泥—粉煤灰浆液的凝结时间随粉煤灰掺入量的增大而增大,随水灰比的增加而延长;水泥—粉煤灰浆液的流动度随着粉煤灰掺量的加大而降低,但黏度增大,结石率升高;当粉煤灰含量为20%时,水泥和粉煤灰的物理化学反应较好,可注性能优异,能够满足注浆堵水以及工作面底板改造的要求。The engineering performance of grout mix of cement and flash was measured through indoor test,and the relationship between water cement ratio,solid phase ratio and compressive strength of stone body,setting time,viscosity,stone rate and time was explored,the result shows that: The compressive strength of hardening body in different age decreased with the increase of the ratio of cement water quality,and the strength in age 28 d is more appropriate,but for the grouting engineering itself,the hardening body in age 7 d strength can be referenced; When the ratio of water and cement is1:0.5~0.8,the flow performance of grout is good while the strength of hardening body is lower and the strengthening effect is poorer; And when the water-cement mass ratio is 1:1,the hardening body has high strengthen,high stone rate,and the filling reinforcement effect is better; The Setting time of fly ash cement grouting material is longer and extends with the increase of dosage for fly ash and the increase of water-cement mass ratio; But the fluidity of grouting material reduces with the increase of dosage for fly ash,at the same time,the viscosity increases and the stone rate rise; When the content of fly ash is20%,the physical and chemical reaction of fly ash and cement is better,and the grouting is excellent,which can be able to satisfy the requirement of grouting for stopping up water and reconstruction of floor.
