摘　　要：德国应用科技大学在人才培养方向上与我国高职院校相当。其坚持高级应用型人才培养方向,专业设置注重应用性、灵活性、区域性,重视职业实践,实践教学环节特色明显,应为我国高职教育借鉴。German universities of applied science and technology have many talents cultivation objectives in common with China higher vocational education, for example, taking cultivation of advanced applied talents as the objectives, establishing applicable, flexible and regional disciplines, stressing professional practice with distinctive feature, etc. These valuable experiences in Germany can be borrowed to Chinese higher vocational education.
