应用型本科教育“类订单式”培养模式探析

摘　　要：优化人才培养模式是提升应用型本科人才培养质量的重要途径。"订单式"是人才培养的一种重要模式,但由于它的局限性,未能在本科院校得到广泛推广。在阐述"订单式"人才培养模式的定义、实施现状及优缺点的基础上,提出了"类订单式"培养模式的定义,指出了它的基本特征、与"订单式"培养模式的主要区别以及对应用型本科教育的意义,探讨了它的实施策略和实施途径。The optimized talents＇ training mode is an important way, which is applied to enhance the quality of undergraduate education. The ＂ordering from talents＇ training mode＂ is an important mode of talents＇ training mode. It does not be widely promoted in colleges and universities, because of its limitations. On the basis of the definition of ＂ordering from talents＇ training mode,＂ implementation present situation and the advantages and disadvantages, this paper puts forward the definition of ＂similar to ordering from talents＇ training mode,＂ points out the basic characteristics of it, its differences etween them, and what is the significance for applied undergraduate education, and discusses its implementation strategies and implementation approach.
