摘　　要：实验室安全管理是世界各国高校发展最为基本而又至关重要的管理环节。重点介绍了美国新泽西州立大学罗格斯大学的实验室安全管理体系、实验室安全在线培训和实验室安全应急响应系统,最后结合我国高校实际情况,提出了对我国高校实验室安全管理具有借鉴意义的建议。Laboratories in universities are not only the important sites of teaching and scientific research but also the important bases of bringing up talents. The safety management of laboratory is the most important and fundamental management links for the development of all universities in the world. The laboratory safety management system, online training of laboratory safety and emergency response system of Rutgers University, the state university of New Jersey, USA, are introduced. At the end, according to the actual situation of the colleges and universities in China some suggestions of intensifying the safety management of laboratory in colleges and universities are put forward.
