摘 要:以某重型自卸车为研究对象,基于SIMP插值优化方法,以构件举升三角臂体积最小作为优化目标,通过OptiStruct对机构中三角臂进行拓扑优化迭代得到新结构,之后进行强度校核,将计算结果与实际产品已知参数和数据进行对比,验证设计的合理性,同时使新零件的质量和体积减少52.4%,结果表明该方法能够很好地解决体积或质量的结构优化问题,为自卸车工程设计的结构改进和性能提升提供一种新的思路.Aiming at the heavy dump truck using the computer aided engineering technology, based on the SIMP material interpolation method, the topology optimization models are built of which the target functions are the minimization of the volume of lifting triangle. Then a new lifting mechanism is obtained through the topology optimization iteration by OptiStruct.Meanwhile, the dynamics analysis has been carried on this mechanism, and the calculated results and the actual product known parameters and data were compared to verify the rationality of the design of lifting mechanism; the mass of the new triangle is reduced to half of the former.The results show that the method can solve the structure optimization problem under volume or mass, and the method for using this software to solve related structural design optimization problem has a certain reference value.
