发酵床养殖畜禽基本技术参数的研究进展

摘　　要：在环保压力日益严峻的环境下,鉴于发酵床技术的潜在优势,吸引了很多业内人士对发酵床养殖畜禽技术进行不断探索。目前该技术在我国已取得一定成绩,虽然生产实践中仍存在很多盲区,但正在逐步改进与完善中。论文综述了发酵床垫料选择的原则、pH、温度、翻耙频率、含水率、含氧量及发酵菌种等基本参数的研究进展、总结了各参数的适宜范围,并指出其在生产实践中的操作,以期对发酵床养殖畜禽技术的应用与推广起一定指导作用。Under the increasing pressure for environmental protection,the huge potential advantages of deep litter system have attracted a growing number of professionals＇ and farmers＇ attention.Currently some achievements have been made in China,but there still exist problems and neglects in real practice and improvement has been undertaken on the way.This paper reviewed why and how the basic parameters influence deep litter system for breeding livestock and poultry,including the materials of litter,pH,temperature,moisture content,oxygen content,the frequency of turning litter and microbes,so as to direct the application and promotion of deep litter system in livestock and poultry industry.
