摘 要:试验选择新疆褐牛30头,育肥4个月后进行屠宰,分析新疆褐牛综合生产性能,为新疆褐牛生产相关标准的制定提供依据。结果表明,短期育肥后的新疆褐牛具有较高的产肉性能,屠宰率55.42%,肉骨比4.47:1,高档肉占净肉重的17.24%,优质肉占净肉重的27.76%,并对胴体产肉性状指标进行了相关性研究,建立了以体尺测定指标、屠宰测定指标预测新疆褐牛生产性能相关指标线的性回归方程。发现眼肌面积与高档肉产量、高档肉比例具有相关性,可作为新疆褐牛胴体产肉量评定的参考指标,但仅适合在比较重量不同的胴体间使用,对相同重量的胴体,眼肌面积不能作为胴体产肉量评定参考指标。30 Xinjiang brown cattle and the hybrid cattle were chosen to be fattened for 4 months and then slaughtered to analyze the comprehensive production performance,thus providing a reference for the related production standard.The results showed that Xinjiang brown cattle and its hybrid cattle have a higher meat performance after short term fattening,with a slaughter rate of 55.42%,meat to bone of 4.47∶1,high-grade meat of net meat weight by 17.24%,high quality meat of net meat weight by 27.76%.And the correlation between two levels and meat traits indicators was studied; in addition,a linear regression equation of related indicators of productive performance of Xinjiang Brown cattle was predicted by referring to body measurement index and slaughter index.The eye muscle area was correlated with the production of high-grade meat and high-grade meat percentage,which can be taken as a reference for carcass meat evaluation index of Xinjiang brown cattle,but only for the comparison of different body weight.For the same body weight,eye muscle area cannot be adopted as a reference.
