颈椎牵引对中老年人脑供血改善的脑血流图分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨颈椎牵引对改善中老年人脑供血的影响。方法　随机取样 1 63例 ,其中健康组 4 4例 ,疾病组 1 1 9例 ,观察颈椎牵引前后脑血流图的改变。结果　牵引前后脑血流图左、右侧的重搏波、波幅、峰谷深度、波幅差、流入时间指数 ,流入容积速度及流出容积速度等均较牵引前有显著变化。结论　颈椎牵引对改善中老年人的脑供血状态有一定的益处。经常坚持 ,可以起到脑保健作用。Investegate the effection on cervical traction improving brain blood offerring Methods Select ransomly 163 cases from middle-elder people and divided into two groups,44 in healthy group,119 in disease group at the same time ,observe their rheologies before and after cervical tracting Results There are marked changes before and after cervical tracting in replus wave,amplitude,depth of trough,difference of amplitude,the inflow time index,inflow/delivery volume rate both of left and right rheology Conclusion Cervical traction can make some contributions to improving brain blood offerring in middle-elder people,it can make brain healthy if do it usually
