脑损伤侧对脑损伤病人注意功能的影响

摘　　要：目的：检验脑损伤侧（左、右、双侧）对脑损伤病人注意功能的影响；材料及方法：按照标准选取脑损伤病人33倒，分别在不同脑损伤侧组，应用持续作业测验（CPT）、Stroop字色干扰任务（SCWT）、连线测验B（TMT-B）、同步序列听觉加法测试（PA-SAT），进行注意功能评定，记录各项测验评分，进行不同脑损伤侧组间比较，统计结果均以P〈0．05为检验标准；结果：不同脑损伤侧组间测验评分无统计学差异。结论：脑损伤侧对脑损伤病人的注意功能无影响。ObjectiveTo test the impact of the lateral on the attention deficit of patients with brain injury; Materials and Methods ：33patientswith brain injury were selected according standardization. They were grouped by the lateral. Apply CPT,Stroop,TMT - B,PASAT to assess-ment attentional ability, scores were compared between groups, statisitical results with P 〈 0.05 is inspection standards. Results： There wereno statistical difference between groups（in left, right and bilateral brain damage）. Conclusion ：The lateral of brain injury dont affect atten-tion deficit.
