PTK联合丝裂霉素C治疗角膜浅层病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：评价准分子激光治疗性角膜切削术（ PTK ）联合丝裂霉素c在治疗浅层角膜病变在临床上应用的效果。方法：采用PTK联合丝裂霉素c治疗10例（13只眼）角膜浅层病变，术后随访观察6∽12个月并对结果进行分析。结果：术后1、3、6个月最佳矫正对数视力与术前比较，提高均数分别为0．16、0．27、0．33。13只眼术后各时间点视力均值与术前视力均值作配对t检验，差异有统计学意义。术后6个月，远视漂移度数平均为＋1．6 D ±0．21D （＋0．50D-＋3．0D）；4只眼在术后3个月，形成轻度角膜haze；所有病例未见原有角膜病变复发者。结论：PTK治疗浅层角膜病变安全有效，术后存在远视化和原有疾病可能复发等问题。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of excimer laser photot herapeutic keratectomy （ PTK） combined mitomycin C for su-perficial corneal diseases.Methods：10 cases （ 13 eyes） with superficial corneal diseases were treated with PTK combined mitomycin C . Follow up 6∽12 months and the Resultswas investigated.Results：1, 3, 6 months after best corrected logarithmic compared with preopera-tive visual acuity, increase the mean of 0.16, 0.27, 0.33, respectively.13 eyes the mean postoperative visual acuity at each time point and the mean preoperative vision matching t test , the difference was statistically significant .6 months postoperatively , farsightedness drift degree average of ＋1.6 D ±∽0.21 D （＋3.0 ＋0.50 D）;4 eyes in 3 months postoperatively , mild corneal haze;All cases did not see the original corneal disease relapses .Conclusion：PTK combined mitomycin C was safe , effective for superficial corneal diseases .But it may cause the hyperopic shi t and the possible of original diseases relapse .
