摘　　要：肺淋巴瘤包括非霍奇金淋巴瘤与霍奇金淋巴瘤 ,根据肺淋巴瘤的起源不同可分为三类 :(1)肺原发性淋巴瘤 ;(2)肺继发性淋巴瘤 ;(3)与免疫缺陷有关的肺淋巴瘤。肺继发性淋巴瘤的主要影像学特点有以下四种表现形式 :(1)支气管淋巴管型 ;(2)肿块(结节)型 ;(3)肺炎肺泡型 ;(4)粟粒型。讨论肺淋巴瘤的分类 ,影像学表现及其诊断和鉴别诊断 ,旨在提高对肺淋巴瘤的认识。The classification,imaging manifestation,diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pulmonary lymphomas are reviewed in this article.Pulmonary lymphomas which include non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL) and Hodgkin's lymphoma (HL) can be classified into three categories in terms of its origins:(1)primary lymphoma;(2)secondary lymphoma;and (3)immunodeficiency-related lymphoma.The pulmonary imaging manifestation consists of four different patterns: (1)bronchovascular-lymphangitic;(2)nodular or mass;(3)pneumonic-alveolar,and (4)milliary-hematogenous.
