摘　　要：结合本院收治的48例肠梗阻患者,对照组采用西医手术配合药物治疗,实验组在西医治疗基础上配合使用中药治疗;在促进胆石性肠梗阻患者康复中,中西医结合具有较好的诊疗效果,应在临床实践中加以积极推广。48 cases of gallstone ileus were divided into two groups, the control group was treated with operation combined with medicine, and the experimental group was added TCM more. For promoting the rehabilitation of gallstone ileums patients, the integrative medicine has good effects, should be widely promoted.
