摘 要:针对热轧带钢卷取温度反馈控制系统中的时滞问题,提出在原有PID控制的基础上进行改造的方案。在建立热轧带钢层流冷却反馈控制闭环系统模型的基础上,引入线性算子半群的谱分解理论,即传统PID控制算法结合中立型延时控制的谱分解理论,以解决热轧带钢卷取系统因空间距离而产生的时滞问题。本方案不但可以降低生产改造成本,而且可以提高产品性能。仿真结果验证了改造方案的有效性。In this paper,in view of the delay in the hot strip coiling temperature feedback control sys-tem,the retrofit scheme of system control is proposed based on the original PID control. First of all,a model of closed-loop feedback control system is built for the laminar cooling of hot rolled strip. On the basis of this model, the spectral decomposition theory of linear operator semi-group is introduced, namely the combination of traditional PID control algorithm with the spectral decomposition theory of neutral delay control,by which the delay problem caused by the space distance can be resolved for the hot strip coiling temperature control system. So that on one hand the product performance is im-proved,on the other hand the cost of production retrofit is reduced. The simulation results prove the effectiveness of the proposed retrofit scheme.
