摘  要:马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司第三钢轧棒材1#飞剪偶尔出现异常切头问题,为此,在PLC程序中判断飞剪切头过程剪刃位置脉冲数是否超出设定值,一旦超出则使飞剪急停至非剪切区,以免连续碎断轧件和反转。该方法投入运行后,有效解决了飞剪异常切头引起的卡钢问题。It occasionally has the problem of abnormal head-cutting for the first flying shear of the bar mill at the Magang Third Melting and Rolling Plant. It is decided whether the position pulse num-ber of the flying shear blade exceeds the setting value during the flying shear head-cutting in the PLC program. Once it happens,the flying shear will be stopped emergently to the non-cutting area,so it can avoid the continuous cutting and reversing cutting for the shear. Since it has been put into opera-tion,the strip jamming problem is effectively solved for the abnormal head-cutting of flying shear.
