摘 要:为探究摘穗过程对玉米机械收获的影响,对摘穗环节进行了田间调查研究。结果表明:首先,不同类型摘穗装置的收获质量存在差异,收获后的玉米果穗损失情况与摘穗完成情况有关;其次,摘穗环节中玉米果穗与茎秆断裂主要发生在玉米穗柄处,也发生在玉米果穗根部,断裂情况影响玉米机械收获效率,不同断裂部位断裂面直径不同;最后,摘穗过程中玉米果穗存在空间角度关系,下垂的玉米不适于玉米机械收获。In order to certify the effect of ear-snapping process on corn mechanical harvest, field investigation of ear-snapping process was conducted. The results showed that two types of ear-snapping devices have different harvest quality and harvest loss was impacted by earsnapping process. Besides, the fracture location between corn ear and stalk during ear-snapping were ear stem and ear base, harvest efficiency was influenced by fracture pattern and diameter of fracture location differed from fracture location. Finally, corn ear had an angle relationshio during ear-snaooing oroeess, droooed ear did not adaot corn mechanical harvesting.
