摘  要:为开发连续式薄木涂浸三聚氰胺树脂一干燥生产线,对夹具进行仿真研制.根据夹具工作要求,提出夹嘴动作原理并采用SolidWorks仿真,研制了弹簧伸缩式夹具,取连杆长度58mm,上活动夹板有效回转半径26mm,伸缩杆长度变动范围49~84mm,上活动夹板回转角速度6.98rad/s,夹具活动伸缩杆弹簧伸缩运动速度v≤0.2m/s.为保证施胶质量,避免起褶,通过过渡导轨实现横向抻直的动作;为保证导轨的连接精度和装拆方便,设计竖向凸凹耳止口,采用弹性销连接.In order to improve the quality of veneer impregnated craft production, fixture simulation developed. According to the fixture work requirements, put forword action principle of sandwiched mouth and using SolidWorks simulation, developed springs telescopic fixture, take connecting rod length 58mm, the effective radius of gyration of the activities of plywood 26mm, telescopic rod length changes in the range of 49-84mm, active on the clamp rotor angular velocity 6.98rad/s fixture activities telescopic rod a spring telescopic movement speed v ≤0.2m/s. For guarantee gluing quality, avoid to wrinkle, achieve laterally straighten actions through the transition rail, in order to ensure the rail connections precision and easy assembly and disassembly, design vertical punch and ear the Mouth, adopt spring pins to connected.
