摘　　要：汪霞教授等撰写的《高校课程结构调整与大学生就业问题研究》一书从"课程结构"的角度出发,深入探讨了大学生就业与课程结构的关系,论证了大学课程结构对大学生"可雇佣性"的影响,开拓新的就业空间与调整课程结构的关系,职业领域人才需求的变化及其对高校人才培养、课程结构调整的要求。基于研究,提出毕业生就业与高校课程结构调整的战略思路。The book College Curriculum Structure Adjustment and Study on College Students＇ Employment Issues by Wang Xia, et al, from the angle of curriculum structure, makes a deep exploration of the relationship between college students＇ employment and curriculum structure, and argues the effect of college curriculum structure on college students＇ employability. Also, the book analyzes the relationship between expansion of new space for employment and adjustment of curriculum structure, and whether changes in requirements for professionals could bring about adjustment of college students＇ cultivation and curriculum structures. Based on the findings, this essay proposes corresponding strategies for graduates＂ employment and college . curriculum structure adjustment.
