摘　　要：交通建设项目优选是一个多目标决策问题 ;在参照国内外有关研究成果的基础上 ,提出了一种交通建设项目综合决策方案优选方法 ,建立了交通建设项目多目标决策系统 ELECTRE优选模型 ,编制了该模型的应用软件并给出了应用实例。The optimal selection of transportation construction projects is a process of multiobjectives decision making. This paper sets up an ELECTRE optimal selection model of multiobjectives decision making system of transportation construction projects and raises a new method based on the related research achievements at home and abroad. Its application software is introduced and the application example is given.
