摘　　要：中国加入WTO后,“幼稚”的汽车零部件产业将不可避免地受到汽车跨国公司的冲击,同时,也将面临一次难得的发展机遇,机遇与挑战并存。加入WTO后,如何化解风险,把握机遇是极为重要的理论问题和现实问题。本文分析了入世后汽车零部件产业受到的正负影响以及应采取的对策。After entering WTO, transnational automobile corporations will pound at China auto component industry unavoidably. At the same time China auto component industry will face a rare chance. We must tap the opportunities and tackle the challenges. How to brake down the risks and to tap the opportunities is a very important theoretical and realistic problem. The positive and negative influences and countermeasures of entering WTO on China auto component industry are analyzed.
