摘　　要：高校党组织是基层党组织的重要组成部分,是党在高校的战斗堡垒。加强高校党组织建设就要通过加强组织管理和创新,优化组织机构的设置,扩大组织覆盖范围,强化组织功能,把党建工作融入到服务教学、科研和育人各项工作中。通过不断改革创新,务求实效,进一步践行科学发展观,提高党员的先进性,增强基层党组织在高校中的凝聚力和影响力。The university party is an important part of grass -rooted party organization as well as the battle -tower in the university .The principles and strategies to strengthen the university party construction include the strengthening of party management and creativity ,the optimization of the party setup ,the enlargement of the party range ,the reinforce-ment of the party function so that the the party construction can serve the teaching ,research and education .The effective reform and creativity can further practice the scientific development concept ,improve the advancement of the party mem-bers and widen the cohesion and influence of the grass -root party in the university .
