摘　　要：分析了构建高校和谐向上校园文化的时代背景和重要意义,论述了构建高校和谐向上校园文化的基本内涵,在此基础上探讨了以社会主义核心价值体系为指导,构建高校和谐向上校园文化的具体举措。The construction of harmonious and progressive culture in universities is the requirement of the time and so has an important significance .After its connotation is discussed ,the measures are put forward under the direction of so-cialist nucleus value system .
