浙江独立学院产生的条件、机制与模式分析--基于历史制度主义的分析视角

摘　　要：基于历史制度主义的分析框架,回顾了浙江独立学院产生与发展的过程,从制度的深层结构、制度自身以及行动者三个因素入手,阐释了浙江独立学院发展变迁的逻辑,分析了影响独立学院发展的深层结构、独立学院发展的路径依赖以及独立学院形成和发展的动力机制,并得出结论认为:浙江独立学院的产生受制于宏观的"制度的深层结构",其产生与发展呈现出强劲的路径依赖现象,同时是政府、民间、社会以及高等教育本身各方面力量共同作用的结果。With the analysis framework based on historical institutionalism, this article briefly reviews the generation and development processes of independent colleges in the Zhejiang province. From three factors, namely the deep structure of the system, the system itself and the actors, the transformation logic of the development of the independent colleges is explained, and the structure influencing the development of them, their path dependence, as well as their dynamic mechanism of formation and development, are analyzed in detail. The article makes conclusion that the generation and development of independent colleges in Zhejiang province is under the control of macro the deep structure of system, presents a strong path dependence phenomenon, and is a result of interaction of government, civil society and higher education itself.
