摘　　要：为了解决大量育种材料筛选过程中,品质性状测定工作繁重的问题,选用45份毛葡萄种质资源,对果实的出汁率、水溶性总糖、维生素C、总酸、单宁、蛋白质6项主要品质性状进行测定,并分析性状之间的相关性。结果表明,毛葡萄种质间营养成分含量相差很大;出汁率和单宁间呈极显著负相关;水溶性总糖与总酸呈极显著负相关,和单宁间相关系数达到极显著水平;总酸和蛋白质间呈极显著负相关,其他性状间相关性不显著。In order to solve a large number of breeding in the process of material selection, determination ofquality traits of heavy work, 45 germplasms of wild Vitis quinquangularis were chosen to investigate andanalyze the correlation between juice yield, water soluble total sugar, VC, total acid, tannin, protein. Theresults indicated that Vitis quinquangularis germplasm nutrients content vary widely; the correlationcoefficients of juice yield and tannin, water soluble total sugar and total acid, total acid and protein were at verysignificant negative correlations level. The correlation coefficients of water soluble total sugar and tannin wereat very significant correlations level. The correlation coefficients of other traits were at the no significant level.
