摘　　要：介绍了活性炭精脱硫剂脱除微量硫化物的工艺及在甲醇合成工艺中的应用情况,分析了使用中出现的问题及原因。通过对原工艺流程的改进及操作方法的优化,取得了较好的效果,延长了精脱硫剂的使用寿命,优化了工艺运行,保护了甲醇合成催化剂。This paper introduces the process of activated carbon fine desulfurizer removing trace sulfide and the application of activated carbon fine desulfurization in methanol synthesis process, and analyzes the prob- lems and causes in the course of operation. Good effects have achieved by improving on process flow and operation method, prolonging the lifetime of fine desulfurizer, optimizing the operation and protecting methanol synthesis catalyst.
