摘　　要：在我国高等教育进入大众化发展阶段后,走内涵式发展道路成为高等职业教育发展的必然选择,全面提高人才培养质量已成为高等职业教育能否持续健康发展的核心。从人才培养质量标准的基本内涵出发,分析了我国高等职业教育应遵循的价值取向,并基于促进学生的全面发展、专门职业能力的培养和适应区域经济社会发展的需要,构建了以知识结构标准、职业能力标准和基本素质标准为主要内容的高职人才培养质量标准基本框架。After entering the popularization of higher education, content development has become an inevitable choice for higher vocational education. And improving the quality of personnel training has become the core of the sustainability of higher vocational education and healthy development. In the paper, from the perspective of the basic content quality of personnel training standards, the development of higher vocational education should follow values that promote the overall development of students. And professional competence and specialized training to meet the needs of regional economic and social development, the paper designed the framework of higher vocational education quality standards including the construction of a standard knowledge structure occupational competency standards and basic quality standards.
