摘　　要：研究生作为高等教育的最高层次,其创新能力的培养直接决定一个国家的创新水平。通过对现阶段研究生培养形势的分析,从教育思想观念、教学内容手段、研究生课题的选择以及导师队伍建设等方面讨论了研究生创新能力培养的模式。As the highest level in higher education, the cultivation of postgraduates＇ innovation ability directly determines the innovation level of a country. Through analyzing the present situation of postgraduate cultivation at this stage, this paper discusses the cultivation mode of postgraduates＇ innovation ability from aspects of the educational thought and concept, the teaching contents and methods, the selection of postgraduate projects, and the construction of the tutor team, etc.
