摘　　要：目的探讨医疗体检机构健康体检服务中健康教育的内容、路径,进一步提升健康体检的服务水平。方法运用循证医学的方法。结果体检服务中的健康教育内容:评估健康风险因素,倡导健康生活方式;评估疾病危险因素,科学制订饮食、运动计划。体检服务中的健康教育路径:编制健康科普知识手册,强化知识告知;实施一对一专家健康咨询,增进信任互动;开展多媒体健康知识讲座,倡导健康行动。结论医疗体检过程中的健康教育是体检服务的组成部分,是体检内容的延伸,是提升体检服务水平的重要途径,与体检本身具有同等重要的价值。Objective To discuss the content and path of health education in physical examination service of medical organization,and improve the service level of physical examination. Methods Evidence-based medicine methods were utlized. Results The health education content during the physical examination included evaluating the health risk factors and proposing healthy life style,evaluating the disease risk factors and scientifically arranging the diet and exercise proposal. The health education path included writing health knowledge handbook and strengthening knowledge instruction,applying one-on-one expert health consulting and increasing trust and mutual interaction,developing multimedia health knowledge symposium and promoting health behavior. Conclusion Health education is the component of medical physical examination,the extension of physical examination contents,and the important path to increase the service standard,which has as significant value as physical examination itself.
