摘 要:目的探讨锌对60Coγ射线诱导的小鼠骨髓造血组织辐射损伤是否有保护作用,为通过膳食途径进行辐射防护提供依据。方法雌性昆明种小鼠随机分为5组:空白对照、辐射对照及3个加锌实验组。加锌实验组喂饲加锌饲料(30、60、120 mg/kg),喂饲2周后除空白对照组外其余4组均以60Coγ射线进行一次性全身照射,再按前述方法继续喂养2天后处死全部动物,进行各项指标测定。结果①辐射对照组较空白组外周血白细胞数和骨髓有核细胞数明显下降(P<0.01),DNA含量下降(P<0.01),嗜多染红细胞微核率明显升高(P<0.01)。②加锌组各项指标与辐射对照组相比均有明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论锌对小鼠骨髓造血组织辐射损伤具有一定的保护作用。[Objective]To discuss whether zinc has a protection effect on^60Co γ ray-induced radiation injury of bone marrow hematopoietic tissue in mice,provide the evidence of radiation protection by dietary approach. [Methods]Female Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups,including the blank control group,the radiation control group,30 mg / kg zinc group,60 mg / kg zinc group and 120 mg / kg zinc group. After 2 weeks feeding for all groups,except the blank control group,the other four groups were treated with full-body exposure by^60Co γ ray. All groups were fed for 2 days after the exposure,and then the mice were executed to detect the indexes.[Results]①Compared with the blank control group,the white blood cell count and bone marrow nucleated cells of peripheral blood,and DNA content in the radiation control group decreased significantly( P〈0. 01),while the micronucleus rate of polychromatic erythrocytes increased significantly( P〈0. 01). ②The results in all zinc groups were significantly better than the radiation control group( P〈0. 01).[Conclusion]Zinc has the protection effect on radiation injury of bone marrow hematopoietic tissue in mice.
