摘　　要：目的了解福州市健康人群携带沙门菌的血清型构成及变迁的情况,为预防该菌引起的食物中毒提供依据。方法对健康人群进行细菌检查,并对分离出的沙门菌进行血清学分型,分析各年份菌型的构成及变迁情况。结果 2009—2012年沙门菌共有4个血清群,26种血清型。其中B群有108种血清型,占39.44%;C群有9种血清型,占35.21%,各年B和C群构成比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2009—2012年主要流行菌群未发生改变。26种血清型中所占比例较多的有布伦登卢普沙门菌(14.08%)、德尔卑沙门菌(12.68%),肠炎沙门菌(8.45%)。结论 2009—2012年福州市健康人群所携带的沙门菌血清型分布广泛,每年主要流行菌群为B和C群,具体血清型分布略有不同。不同年份,菌群分布发生局部变化,非优势菌群有可能成为优势菌群,应注意加强对沙门菌菌群变迁的监测,预防优势菌群沙门菌食物中毒的突然暴发。[Objective]To understand the serotype constitution and alteration of Salmonella among healthy population in Fuzhou City,provide the basis for the prevention of food poisoning caused by Salmonella. [Method] The bacteriological examination among healthy population were carried out,the serotypes of Salmonella isolated were detected and the constitution and alteration of bacterial type from 2009-2012 were analyzed. [Results]There were 4 serogroups and 26 serotypes of Salmonella from 2009-2012,B and C group were the main serogroups. The difference of constituent ratio of B and C group in different years were not statistically significant（ P 0. 05）,the major epidemic flora did not change form 2009-2012. Among 26 serotypes,S. braenderup,S. derby and S. enteritidis accounted for a larger proportion,which were 14. 08%,12. 68% and 8. 45% respectively. [Conclusion]The distribution of Salmonella serotypes of healthy population in Fuzhou City from 2009-2012 is wide,and the major epidemic flora are consistently B and C group each year except for slightly differences in serotypes. The distribution of Salmonella flora changes by years, which non-dominant flora can become dominant flora. The monitoring of salmonella flora changes should be strengthened,in order to prevent the outbreak of food poisoning caused by salmonella dominant flora.
