摘 要:目的用金黄色葡萄球菌感染新西兰兔制备动物细菌感染发热模型。方法将6×107金黄色葡萄球菌皮内注射健康幼龄新西兰兔,观察体温、发热时相、症状、白细胞总数及分类、重要脏器病理变化。结果发热时相明显,白细胞总数、CRP升高,脏器粘连、充血、炎细胞浸润等。结论该模型能够复制出细菌感染发生、发展、转归过程,反应疾病特点与急性重症感染模型一致。Objective By using the Staphylococcus aureus infected New Zealand rabbits for the preparation of animal bacterial infection fever model. Methods Injected to 6×10^7 Staphylococcus aureus intradermal healthy young New Zealand rabbits, to observe the body temperature, fever symptoms, white blood cell count and classification of important organs and pathological changes. Results The experimental group of heating phase obviously, the total number of white blood cells and CRP increased, visceral adhesions and congestion, inflammatory cell infiltration etc. Conclusions The model is able to reproduce the bacterial infection, development and prognosis, reaction disease characteristics consistent with acute severe infection model.
