摘　　要：目的提高轻度泪道狭窄治愈率。方法 QC小组活动。结果轻度泪道狭窄治愈率由活动前的58.9%提高到活动后的81.1%,达到了活动目标。结论改进泪道冲洗方法,完善回访制度并严格执行,做好科室宣传工作,可提高医院轻度泪道狭窄治愈率。Objective To improve the cure rate of mild lacrimal stenosis. Method QC group activities. Result The cure rate of mild lacrimal stenosis increased from 58.9% to 81.1% after the activity reaching the expected target. Conclusion The cure rate of mild lacrimal stenosis can be significantly improved through revisit system and strictly implementation of it, improvement of lacrimal washing method, well propaganda of the departments.
