摘　　要：分析了医疗器械行业实施行政许可的经济学原因,认为现行医疗器械行政许可制度在制度激励、控制成本、提升效率、克服负外部性等方面均存在不足。通过运用效率、成本与效益等经济学理论工具对医疗器械行政许可制度进行评析,从经济学的角度提出了优化我国医疗器械行政许可制度的建议。The economics reasons for implementation of administrative licensing for medical devices industry were analyzed The current system was inadequate in institutional incentives, cost control, efficiency improvement and overcoming negative exter- nalities. Through analysis of the administrative licensing system by using economic theories tools including efficiency and costeffective, suggestions for optimizing administrative licensing system for medical devices were provided from economics point of view.
