摘　　要：实验动物模型是研究胃癌的重要工具之一,随着胃癌动物模型的不断发展,国内外学者相继建立了一些自发性动物模型、诱导剂动物模型、移植胃癌动物模型等。这些模型在一定程度模拟了胃癌在体内发生发展、侵袭及转移等生物学行为。这为探寻胃癌的发病机制、胃癌治疗药物的筛选以及基因治疗的探索提供了途径。Animal Models are one of the important tools to study gastric cancer,and there are a lot of animal models such as spontaneous animal models,revulsant animal models,and transplantable gastric cancer stomach animal models.Animal models play a crucial role in researching the biological behaviors of gastric cancer and providing methods to research the pathogenesis,drug screening and gene therapy of gastric cancer.
