摘  要:目的探讨2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)柱前衍生高效液相色谱法测定水产品及水发产品中甲醛的方法。方法采用超声法提取样品,提取液于60℃水浴中衍生20min,用环己烷提取,最后于液相色谱仪进行分析定量。结果甲醛在0~20μg/ml浓度范围内,标准曲线线性关系良好,相关系数r为0.9998,相对标准偏差为0.9%~4.5%,加标回收率为93.00%~99.16%;检测结果与国标方法比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论本方法具有灵敏度高、选择性好、精密度和准确度好等优点,而且简便、快捷,适合分析大批量样品。Objectlve To develope method for the determination of formaldehyde in aquatic products and soaked foods by pre-eolumn derivation high-performance liquid chromatography. Methods Samples were rextracted with extraction liwuid at 60℃ for 20 rain by ultrasonic extraction, and then with cyclohexane. The extracts were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography. Results The linear ranges of determination for formaldehyde was 0~20 μg/ml (r=0.9998). The relative standard derivations for formaldehyde was 0.9%~4.5%. The recovery of sample for formaldehyde was 93.00%~99.16%.There is no significant difference between the test results and the national standard method(P〉0.05). Conclusion The method is simple, repeatable and sensitive, and can be used for analysis of formaldehyde in aquatic products.
