摘　　要：NF2(neurofibromatosis type 2,NF2)基因是一种肿瘤抑制基因,该基因的突变可以导致2型多发性神经纤维瘤家族性肿瘤综合征的发生。近年来多项研究提示该基因突变及表达改变可能与消化系统肿瘤的发生相关。本文将对NF2基因突变及Merlin蛋白表达改变与消化系统肿瘤发生的相关性进行综述。NF2（neurofibromatosis type 2, NF2）gene mutation is one of the hallmark of neurofibromatosis type 2 familial cancer syndrome. Recent studies have shown NF2 mutation and its expression may be associated with the pathogenesis of digestive system tumors. In this paper, we review the recent advances of NF2 gene mutation and its expression in digestive system tumors.
