摘　　要：门静脉海绵样变性(CTPV)是临床少见疾病,主要表现为呕血、黑便、脾大、食管胃底静脉曲张等,而肝功能检查多正常,临床易误诊,本文运用超声内镜(EUS)对2例成人门静脉海绵样变性进行诊断并结合相关文献复习,提高对本病的认识。Cavernous transformation of portal vein （CTPV） is a rare disease,clinical manifestations were vomiting blood,black stool,hypersplenism,gastroesophageal variceal heamorrhage,while the liver function is normal,so it is easily misdiagnosed.In this paper,CTPV was diagnosed by endoscopic ultrasonography and reviewed related literatures,which will improve the understanding of the disease.
