摘　　要："卓越工程师教育培养计划"是我国高等工程教育的重大教学改革项目。测控技术与仪器专业结合学校特点和专业优势,对卓越计划的教育培养模式进行了深入的研究,提出了一条具有专业特色的培养之路。＂The plan of excellent engineer education and cultiva-tion＂is a major teaching reform project in China＇s higher engi-neering education. Combined with the characteristics of the uni-versity and the advantages of the measurement and control tech-nology and instrument major, this paper did a deep research on the education and cultivation model of the excellence plan, and proposed a way of cultivation with the features of the major.
