浅谈教务员工作能力的培养与提高

摘　　要：文章根据高校教学管理中,结合自身工作中的认识和体会,总结出教务员必须从思想品德、工作作风、业务水平和心理素质四个方面进行工作能力的培养与提高,从而做好高校教务管理工作。In accordance with the writers＇ own understanding and experience in university teaching management, this paper sum-marized the cultivation and improvement of the working ability of teaching staff from four aspects, including ideology and morality, style of work, professional ability, and psychological quality, aim-ing to well implement university teaching management.
