摘　　要：就业难已成为当今大学生必须要面对的现实情况,做好职业生涯规划对于解决大学生未来职业发展问题和满足社会发展需求具有重要现实意义,是适应当今社会发展形势下高等教育快速健康发展的客观要求。本文主要通过分析大学生职业生涯规划存在的问题及问题产生的原因,提出对大学生职业生涯规划的建议与对策。Employment has become the reality of today＇s college students to face, so dealing well with their career-planning for the future occupation development has important practical signifi-cance to solve the career problem of university students and meet the needs of social development, which is adapt to the rapid and benign development of higher education in today＇s society and the necessary requirement of development situation. In this paper, through the analysis of the existence of careerplanning problems of college students and the reasons of the problems, we put for-ward some suggestions and strategies on college student career-planning.
