摘  要:新的形势要求金融从业人员必须具备完备的职业素质。随着社会经济的发展,越来越多的商业银行将职业素养作为招聘人才的重要标准。而传统的人才培养方式采取封闭式教学方法教授专业知识与技能,忽略了对学生基本素质的培养。因而,融合式教学模式应运而生。融合式教学模式注重学生的主动性与参与性,以灵活多样的方式将专业技能传授给学生,从就业的社会需求出发,努力培养具有扎实专业知识及良好职业素质的复合型人才。The new situation requires that financial staff should possess complete professional quality. With the development of social economy, more and more commercial banks make profes-sional quality as an important standard in talent employment. However, the traditional talent cultivation style is closed and ne-glects the cultivation of students' basic quality, therefore, the in-tegrated teaching model emerges as it required. The integrated teaching model lays emphasis on students' initiative and partici-pation,and instructs students with flexible and diverse methods, and in addition, it strives to cultivate interdisciplinary talents with solid professional knowledge and favorable professional quality based on the social requirements of employment.
