摘　　要：采用中空分段式赝复体修复单侧上颌骨缺损伴张口受限1例,使患者的语言、吞咽、吮吸及咀嚼功能得到了较好的恢复,面部外形也有很大的改善,同时患者取戴方便,治疗效果满意。A case of a patient with a unilateral maxillary defect and restricted mouth opening was presented. The two-stage hollow maxillofacial prosthesis can be used to restore the above defect, thus promoting mastication, speaking, swallowing, and sucking, as well as improving the patient’s appearance. Satisfactory results were achieved.
